Losing the WOT

Here’s the reason the State Department decided not to release the figures on terrorist attacks for 2004:

The 175 incidents reported in 2003 were a record. We had 655 in 2004.

Perhaps Bush doesn’t know what he’s doing in the war on terrorism. Ya think?

    I don’t think it’s fair to compare 2003 and 2004 – we had invaded way more of the world in 2004, so we were exposed to more possible terrorist attacks!

    Oh, wait… Is that a good thing?
